In Limbo

In the white wall,

Between two small slabs of cement.

The moderated maneuverability of a masked man.

And feeble fidgets.

Laughable really, the struggle

It won’t do much but oh well.

Might as well try,

For how long? we ask

To be kept in the dark is as distasteful as dining on dogs.

Put on a smile

And pretend to be pleased.

With third degree burns on the inside.

Hold on hold on,

Endure it my friend.

For the fruit at the end.

Will be sweeter than syrup.

Keep that in mind

As we resist to break out

Of limbo.
